Hey, I’m Graham

I build infrastructure and platforms that help engineers move faster.

I’ve worked across the industry from DevOps at syapse to building data platforms at facetdata (acquired by snap), then BI tools at rill, and now at degreed focusing on human-agent collaboration at scale. The common thread isn’t the title, it’s the same principle: find where things are slow or broken, and build something clean that just works.

When I’m not at work, I’m usually fixing old Volkswagens. Same philosophy applies—work within constraints, find elegant solutions, and strip away everything that doesn’t matter. Whether it’s operational overhead or a bosch CIS system, the goal is the same: make it simple.
